• Operational infrastructure. We take care of the data governance, admininistration, technical accounting, cash management, performance monitoring, reporting and other tasks.

• Performance reporting. Insurers have online access to the portfolio data and performance statistics. The timely and accurate reporting is key to a sound and profitable portfolio steering.

• Reinsurance. Where necessary, we can access reinsurance markets through our group companies and organise a suitable reinsurance protection.

• Service providers network and ongoing support. We have a broad network of professional claims handlers and other service providers and facilitate cooperation between all involved stakeholders on different levels.
